While challengers promise to “start listening” and “advocate for safety,” ANC 8A01 already has a battle-tested voice delivering real impact every single day. From securing a historic $10,000 agreement for winter coats at Boone Elementary and football uniforms at Kramer Middle, to shutting down dangerous squatting houses on Q Street SE, getting sewage-flooded schools repaired on the news, and bringing Mayor Bowser directly to small businesses on Minnesota Avenue, we don’t need to gamble on unproven claims when we already have effective, fearless representation. Read on to see how proven results stack up against campaign promises—and why Ward 8’s strongest voice is already hard at work for you.
